"Ultra Ever Dry" is a nanomaterial spray-coating that (allegedly) sheds dirt, water and oil. The jaw-dropping product video suggests many possibilities, from extreme hydroplaning sports to odd molecular gastronomy possibilities (though it's not rated food-safe).
